Planters

Following a successful bid for Town Centre Funding, we were delighted to be able to install new planters throughout the community.

A team, under the banner of Broxburn and Uphall Growers (BUGS) planted and maintained them.  Can you offer a few hours occasionally to help?  Let us know and we’ll be in touch!

BUGS Community Garden

After being successful in applying for continuation funding from the Town Centre Fund we were excited to begin this vital project – creating a community garden for the people of Broxburn, Uphall and beyond.

Construction continues and we are hopeful of receiving future funding to expand the community garden. Our vision is of a place where the community can help and learn how to grow fresh fruit and vegetables, come together to meet new friends after so many spent such a long time indoors and in isolation and to provide food for those who rely on foodbanks and other means to obtain healthy food in these difficult times.
